Join DS2 at the Global Site Solutions Summit 2026
Four days at Bonnet Creek, October 15 to 18. Our team is in the sessions alongside you, with the breaks kept free to meet customers and partners. Book one of them.
Let's Connect in Orlando
Around half the Summit is made up of research site owners and directors, alongside the sponsors, CROs and partners who work with them. Sites are central to everything DS2 does, so this is one of the events we look forward to most. We would love to talk if you are reviewing how kits reach your team, how specimens travel, where samples are stored, whether mobile collection could widen your reach, or how results flow into your systems. We would love to share what we have seen work well for other sites, and to hear what is working for yours.
We often find during these events that the diary fills up quickly. Use the form and we'll block a time for you to meet our team while availability lasts.
Why Attend the Global Site Solutions Summit?
October 15–18, 2026 · Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek · Pre-Summit workshops October 14. The Society for Clinical Research Sites built the Summit around one idea: sites collaborating so that sites stay solvent. This is the twentieth anniversary edition, and SCRS frames it as an unrivaled hub for cross-industry collaboration, bringing sites, sponsors, CROs and solution providers into the same rooms.
A program at unusual scale: The scale of the program is unusual for a site-focused event: 175 published speakers, thirty breakout sessions across three blocks, therapeutic area round tables covering everything from oncology to psychiatry, and Site Partnership Symposiums hosted by Parexel, Takeda, Johnson & Johnson, Lilly, Sanofi, AstraZeneca and IQVIA.
The commercial reality of running a site: Content this year runs heavily on the commercial reality of running a site: budget negotiation and fair market value, invoicing, hidden costs, feasibility, the site burden index, FDA inspection readiness, GCP E6(R3) implementation, and AI at both a basics and an advanced implementation level.
Contact hours, then a gala: Contact hours are available across most sessions. The Eagle Award Gala closes Saturday evening.
Why Meet with DS2?
Trial logistics can quietly absorb a lot of coordinator time. DS2 takes that work on for sites: building and delivering kits, moving and storing specimens, running mobile collection, and connecting results back to your systems. Sites bring us in when the study is running fine and the logistics around it are absorbing coordinator hours nobody budgeted for. What we do:
- Diagnostic and specimen collection kit design, assembly and fulfillment
- Kit-to-patient and direct-to-patient distribution
- Medical courier services, including STAT and next-flight-out specimen transport
- Cold chain and temperature-controlled logistics, with the documentation to prove the range held
- Biostorage and biorepository services
- Mobile phlebotomy and specimen collection
- LIS, LIMS and EMR integration, including HL7 and FHIR
- Chain of custody and compliance documentation
Kit fulfillment, specimen transport, storage, mobile phlebotomy, and getting results back into your systems cleanly. We'd love to talk any of it through while we're all in Orlando.
