Join DS2 at Clinical Trial Supply East Coast 2026

We're in King of Prussia on November 4 and 5 for both days of the program, with meeting time set aside around the breaks. If you're attending, book a slot with the team.

We'll be there

Let's Connect in King of Prussia

Three hundred clinical supply, IRT, packaging and depot professionals from the Philadelphia and New Jersey corridor come together here, and it is a community DS2 is glad to be part of. We will be there for both days. We're looking forward to talking about kit design and build, ancillary and comparator supply, direct-to-patient distribution, temperature-controlled transport with the documentation behind it, and specimen returns. If you are shaping the supply strategy for a new program, we would enjoy that conversation too.

We often find during these events that the diary fills up quickly. Use the form and we'll block a time for you to meet our team while availability lasts.

Why Attend Clinical Trial Supply East Coast 2026?

November 4–5, 2026Sheraton Valley Forge, King of Prussia, PA, USA

The twenty-fourth annual edition, and Arena's biggest clinical supply gathering: 300+ attendees, 35+ exhibitors and 20+ speakers across two streams. The framing is to master emerging trends, tackle global bottlenecks and use new technology to build a more resilient clinical supply chain.

1

The FDA is on stage twice: A regulatory panel on US import enforcement, with the Office of Inspections and Investigations and the Northeast Imports Compliance Branch, and detail on avoiding holds at the border.

2

AI content that has moved past pilots: Case studies from Eikon Therapeutics, Merck and Bristol Myers Squibb on what is actually in production.

3

Elsewhere on the agenda: The 6-4-2 shift to the 12-digit NDC, CDMO integration, IRT and clinical supply alignment, ATMP planning, deviations and CAPA effectiveness, sustainability, and a Philadelphia biotech hot takes session on day two.

Why Meet with DS2?

Everything on this agenda that has to physically exist, DS2 handles: the kit, the courier, the cold chain, the storage, and the paperwork proving the range held and custody never broke. What we do:

  • Diagnostic and specimen collection kit design, assembly and fulfillment
  • Kit-to-patient and direct-to-patient distribution
  • Medical courier services, including STAT and next-flight-out specimen transport
  • Cold chain and temperature-controlled logistics, with the documentation to prove the range held
  • Biostorage and biorepository services
  • Mobile phlebotomy and specimen collection
  • LIS, LIMS and EMR integration, including HL7 and FHIR
  • Chain of custody and compliance documentation

Kitting, ancillary supply, direct-to-patient distribution and specimen return. We're looking forward to getting into the detail in King of Prussia.
