Two days, both of them in the room. Our team is attending the full program and holding meetings around it: the networking breakfast, the two breaks each day, and lunch. Those slots go to customers, partners and anyone else working the same problems we are. Patient transport, transfer centers, capacity command centers, and the supply chain sitting underneath all of them. That is the world this Summit lives in, and the piece DS2 handles is the diagnostic leg: getting the specimen out, getting it back intact, and getting the result into your LIS or EMR without somebody retyping it. Why Attend the 2027 Healthcare Transportation Management Summit?

Rates step up twice before the doors open. Hospitals, health systems, health plans and Medicaid plans: Conference Only $1,195 by 11/6/26, $1,395 by 12/11/26, $1,595 by 1/28/27; Conference & Workshop $1,395 / $1,595 / $1,795 at the same deadlines. Vendors, solution providers, transportation companies and medical supply organizations: Conference Only $1,695 / $1,795 / $1,995; Conference & Workshop $1,895 / $1,995 / $2,195. Conference Only covers both days of the main program. Conference & Workshop adds the Friday afternoon session, 12:45 to 2:45 PM, on scheduling, technology and patient access.
Cancellations received four weeks or more before day one are refunded less a $250 administrative fee. Inside four weeks you receive a credit toward a future BRI Network event, valid for one year. You can transfer your place to a colleague up to 24 hours before the event starts.
