Book ahead. We are following the biospecimen and clinical supply tracks in particular, and holding coffee breaks, luncheons and exhibit hall receptions for meetings. The form is the quickest route.

Sixteen conference tracks run across the four days. The two we will be following most closely: C15 Biospecimen Strategy and Operations: modernizing lab, biospecimen and data management operations, then biomarker and biospecimen technology and innovation. C16 Clinical Supply and Logistics: communication and digitization for end-to-end clinical supply management, then supply chain strategies to align process, products and patients. C9 Advancing Trial Delivery: operational excellence in trial execution, then point-of-care, remote and decentralized models. C2 Feasibility and Site Strategy, and C4 Site Partnering, Engagement and Operations: reducing site burden and speeding up start-up. The Rosen Shingle Creek block is $277 single or double, with a February 1, 2027 cutoff and a one-night non-refundable deposit at booking. The link opens in fall 2026.
