We'll be there

Let's Connect in Orlando

SCOPE brings clinical operations, clinical supply chain and site leadership together in one place, and two tracks sit right at the heart of what DS2 does: Biospecimen Strategy and Operations, and Clinical Supply and Logistics. If either is on your schedule, we would love to meet you. We're looking forward to talking about kit design and fulfillment, direct-to-patient distribution, specimen transport and returns, biostorage, mobile collection, and getting results into your LIS and EMR cleanly. Bring us the question your track raised, and we would love to share what we have learned building these programs for teams like yours.

We often find during these events that the diary fills up quickly. Use the form and we'll block a time for you to meet our team while availability lasts.

Why Attend SCOPE Summit 2027?

March 1–4, 2027Rosen Shingle Creek, 9939 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819, USA

Now in its eighteenth year and run by Cambridge Healthtech Institute, SCOPE brings 5,000+ clinical research leaders together across 38 conference tracks and 325+ exhibitors. Executives and decision-makers from 1,200+ companies across 30+ countries, with 62% of delegates carrying executive titles.

1

A track structure worth four days: Sixteen numbered conference tracks each run in two halves, so you can go deep on one subject or move across several: trial design, feasibility and site strategy, recruitment, site partnering, budgeting, outsourcing, data, AI, quality and monitoring, safety, real world evidence, digital measures, biospecimen strategy, and clinical supply and logistics.

2

Spotlights and an investor conference: Four therapeutic area spotlights and an investor conference sit alongside the numbered tracks.

3

Around the program: A golf tournament, awards for participant engagement and site innovation, Best of Show awards, and the sort of exhibit hall that takes a full day to walk. Pre-conference workshops run on the Monday.

Why Meet with DS2?

Across 38 tracks, almost every one has a physical dependency somewhere: something shipped, something collected, something stored, something proven. DS2 provides industry-leading solutions across the entire connected sample supply chain, and that is the part we take care of. What we do:

  • Diagnostic and specimen collection kit design, assembly and fulfillment
  • Kit-to-patient and direct-to-patient distribution
  • Medical courier services, including STAT and next-flight-out specimen transport
  • Cold chain and temperature-controlled logistics, with the documentation to prove the range held
  • Biostorage and biorepository services
  • Mobile phlebotomy and specimen collection
  • LIS, LIMS and EMR integration, including HL7 and FHIR
  • Chain of custody and compliance documentation

Biospecimen logistics, kit-to-patient supply, mobile collection and biostorage. If C15 and C16 are on your schedule, we're looking forward to meeting you there.
