Let's Connect in Austin

The Summit brings together health system and health plan leadership: CFOs, chief medical and quality officers, population health, care management, ACO and network teams. When a value-based program depends on getting a test to a member and a result back into the record, DS2 supports that work, and we are looking forward to meeting the people leading it. We would love to talk if you are running a screening program, supporting chronic disease monitoring at home, working to close care gaps ahead of a reconciliation date, or reaching members for whom a clinic visit is difficult. We handle the collection kit, the distribution, the courier, the storage and the integration back into your systems.

We often find during these events that the diary fills up quickly. Use the form and we'll block a time for you to meet our team while availability lasts.

Why Attend the 2027 Value-Based Care and Population Health Management Summit?

March 15–16, 2027Hyatt Regency Austin, 208 Barton Springs Road, Austin, TX 78704, USA

BRI Network runs this one under the line Strategies, Finance and Transformation, and the framing is blunt: accountable care organizations now serve over 44 million lives, bundled payments keep expanding across specialties, and health plans keep pushing risk-sharing onto providers. The summit convenes health system leaders, medical directors and ACO executives around the operational side of that.

1

A sequence, not parallel tracks: The agenda is built as a sequence rather than a set of parallel tracks, which is unusual and works well.

2

Day one: contracting to collaboration: Day one runs from contracting through federal programs, risk adjustment, quality and Stars, analytics, utilization management and payer collaboration.

3

Day two: care models and transformation: Day two moves to primary care, culture, care coordination, social determinants and the long-run transformation journey.

4

A two-hour workshop on the Tuesday: A two-hour workshop follows the close on the Tuesday, walking leaders through an honest readiness assessment across financial infrastructure, analytics, primary care strength, care coordination, measurement and physician engagement.

Why Meet with DS2?

A screening initiative only counts if the test reaches the member and the result reaches the record. DS2 runs that middle section: kits out, samples back, storage, and integration into the systems your care teams already use. What we do:

  • Diagnostic and specimen collection kit design, assembly and fulfillment
  • Kit-to-patient and direct-to-patient distribution
  • Medical courier services, including STAT and next-flight-out specimen transport
  • Cold chain and temperature-controlled logistics, with the documentation to prove the range held
  • Biostorage and biorepository services
  • Mobile phlebotomy and specimen collection
  • LIS, LIMS and EMR integration, including HL7 and FHIR
  • Chain of custody and compliance documentation

Screening programs, at-home collection for members who are hard to reach, chronic disease monitoring, or getting results back into the record. We'd love to talk any of it through in Austin.
