The named lectures and award recipients are published, including the E. Donnall Thomas, Ernest Beutler and Ham-Wasserman lectures and the Presidential Symposium. Plenary and Best of ASH speakers are selected from submitted abstracts and are announced later.

Advance rates run from $900 for active and international members up to $1,900 for a non-member best value pass, with trainee, allied health and guest categories priced separately. Advance registration closes October 21 and late and on-site pricing is not yet published. Membership application cut-offs for member rates are March 1 for Active and International membership, and October 22 for Associate, International Associate, Medical Student, Graduate Student and Resident membership. Registered participants may change between the in-person and virtual meeting at any time without penalties or change fees. Refund requests are accepted through November 4 with a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds are granted after that date, although exception petitions are accepted through December 21. Switching between in-person and virtual carries no fee.

Through the ASH Housing Center operated by SPARGO. Register first, then book. The reservation deadline is November 11 at 5:00 PM Eastern, and 95 hotels are listed with rates from $179 to $545. Hotel reservations are made directly with SPARGO, the official housing provider, rather than with hotels. Attendees register for the meeting before booking a room, and each individual may reserve one room. Housing opened on July 22 for ASH members and August 12 for non-members, groups, exhibitors and media, with a reservation deadline of November 11 at 5:00 PM Eastern. The official hotel list runs to 95 properties across the Warehouse Arts District, Central Business District, French Quarter, Garden District and the airport area, with published rates from $179 to $545. The Hilton New Orleans Riverside is the headquarters hotel at $287, 0.3 miles from the convention center. A 17.5 percent occupancy tax plus a $1 to $3 nightly room fee applies to downtown hotels, and cancellations must be made at least five days before arrival to avoid a fee equivalent to two nights plus tax.

A complimentary shuttle runs between most hotels from December 11 to 15, although 13 hotels within walking distance receive no service. Parking at the convention center is published at $23 per vehicle and $42 per oversized vehicle daily, cashless via ParkMobile.
