ADLM 2026 (formerly the AACC Annual Scientific Meeting and Clinical Lab Expo) runs July 26–30 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA, USA.

The Annual Meeting is the education program, with hundreds of sessions across timely laboratory medicine topics. The Clinical Lab Expo is the tradeshow floor, where exhibitors from every area of clinical lab science present their work.

Yes. Attendees of the scientific sessions can earn both ACCENT® continuing education (CE) credits and continuing medical education (CME) credits.

Anyone aged 16 or 17 may register and attend with a valid government-issued photo ID, as long as a registered adult accompanies them. Children under 16 aren't permitted on the exhibit floor or in education sessions.

Exhibitor maps are posted around the expo hall to help you find specific booths, and a current exhibitor map is available online.

There's no career fair onsite. For open roles in laboratory medicine, browse the listings in ADLM's Career Center, or stop by the ADLM booth on the expo floor for career resources.

Pricing is listed on the ADLM 2026 registration fees page. ADLM members receive discounted rates, so log in with your member credentials during registration to access the member discount.

Both members and non-members are welcome. Members save over $300 on standard full-conference registration. Your membership must be valid through July 30, 2026 to qualify for member rates, and you can renew during registration. A renewal is valid for one year from the payment date or from your current expiry date, whichever is later.

Membership can pay for itself. Join for $275 when you register to get the early member rate of $625, which is $900 total for membership plus the meeting. That's $125 less than the $1,025 non-member rate, with member perks all year long.

Yes. Onsite registration runs July 25–30 at the Anaheim Convention Center. Bring a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card and a government-issued photo ID. Cash isn't accepted onsite.

Full payment is required to register. Online registration is by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). To pay by wire transfer or check, contact ADLM customer service.

Yes. Throughout the conference week, ADLM Divisions, Local Sections, partner organizations, educational groups, and international working groups host ancillary meetings. ADLM also runs several special events, some of which are ticketed. Check back closer to the meeting for details.

Conference and Daily registrants can buy tickets for ADLM University and Roundtable sessions. Advance purchase isn't required, but it's strongly recommended.

You must be registered for ADLM 2026 to attend the IMB. It's a ticketed special event, but there's no additional cost. Add it during registration under ticketed sessions: choose Conference Registration for education sessions, the Clinical Lab Expo, and the IMB, or choose Clinical Lab Expo if you'll attend only the IMB and the expo. Already registered? Add the IMB through the Registration Resource Center. You'll need your official badge for entry. Questions: custserv@myadlm.org.

At any Badge Pickup counter in the convention center or the headquarters hotel. Pre-registered attendees receive detailed pickup information by email one week before the meeting.

A government-issued photo ID. Everyone collects their own badge (no group pickups), so bring your confirmation letter or have the confirmation email on your phone.

Once registration opens, add ticketed sessions or make changes and upgrades through the Registration Resource Center. Cancel on or before June 12 for a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancel June 13–July 11 for a 50% refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to adlm@xpressreg.net. Registrations can be transferred to another person until July 11, 2026, with no transfers after that date.

ADLM runs shuttle buses from most official hotels. Hotels without a shuttle are either within walking distance (1–3 blocks) or served by a shuttle stop at a nearby hotel. The shuttle schedule is published in June.

ADLM doesn't provide airport transfers. Taxis and rideshare options are available.
