Custom Kitting & Design Services

We offer a wide range of options for kit packaging, including small and compact designs. Our offerings range from economical and efficient to high-end.

We create custom products using your existing artwork or work with our design team to create unique kits that will help you stand out. We create custom labels using litho-label, digital, or flexographic printing.

Your kits are assembled in a FDA-registered and temperature-controlled facility, and packaged with sample integrity in mind. All shipping is IATA and DOT compliant.

Choose from stock prototypes or standard sizes, or specify size based on collection type and needs.

NanoCool Cooling Capabilities

NanoCool™ temperature-controlled shippers offer the ultimate simplicity. One push of a button activates the evaporative cooling engine, making these shippers ideal for those needing temperature-controlled packaging solutions, but who may not have the infrastructure or experience using more complex cold chain shipping solutions.

NanoCool™ shippers are available in a 2 - 8-degree Celsius temperature range and cover durations of 48 - 92 hours. The low profile reduces freight costs and conserves valuable warehouse space.

  • Universal Systems are refrigerated shippers that combine evaporative cooling technology with phase change material (PCM) to ensure the integrity of your payload during shipment. When combined, the  steady evaporative cooling effect is augmented  by the PCM component to protect against external temperature spikes.

  • Cooling Systems are the original temperature-controlled refrigerated shipping systems introduced by NanoCool for 2-8°C product transport. These systems rely on evaporative cooling technology for thermal protection.
